Towels : 5€/person (optionnal)

From May to September, the hire of towels for the swimming pool is compulsory, if the bath towels option is taken.
Taxe de Séjour : 0,55 € par personne et par nuitée. Les enfants de moins de 18 ans ne sont pas concernés.
General Terms and Conditions
A 30% deposit is required when booking and the balance must be paid at least one month before moving into the premises.
A guarantee of 1 000 € will be requested before entering the premises. It will be refunded at the latest within 15 days of your departure.
You will be required to subscribe to a holiday insurance to cover any damage for which you would be liable. This kind of insurance is often in your usual house insurance.
Pet animals
Animals are allowed except within the swimming pool area. A kennel is available, for which an additional 20 € could be requested.
How the Residence works
Bonneuil is a detached house offered for rental on a weekly or week end basis. It is a house to be shared with family or friends and no service such as daily bedroom cleaning or preparing breakfast is provided, except upon request. Guests prepare their own meals.
Upon arrival, you are welcomed by the owners or their representatives, the keys are handed over, explanations as to how the various appliances work and details concerning the house are provided, together with various recommendations and details concerning tourism.
Guests will find the house clean upon arrival and should leave it tidy on departure : dustbins emptied and placed in the containers, cutlery and crockery washed and put away. We subsequently clean the house.
Bookings
From June to September and during French school holidays, booking are on a weekly basis, one or more weeks.
From September to May, and outside French school holidays, bookings are taken on a weekly or week end basis.
A week begins on Saturday at 4pm and ends the following Saturday at 10am.
The weekend begins on Friday evening at 6pm and finished on Sunday evening at 6pm.
Long weekends or parts of a week may be booked, according to availability.
Details concerning arrival and departure times and prices are determined on a one off basis with the owner.
